Senior Research Fellow
Anton Vetlugin earned his Specialist degree in Engineering from the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation in 2010, followed by a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from St. Petersburg State University in 2016. He then joined Eugene Polzik’s quantum optics group at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen for a research internship, where he deepened his expertise in experimental physics. In 2017, he moved to Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Disruptive Photonic Technologies (CDPT). Dr. Vetlugin is currently a Senior Research Fellow at CDPT, where he leads theory-driven experimental research on quantum light interference in nanostructures, metamaterials, and superconducting devices. He is a member of Optica (formerly OSA).
